I have listed this organic tallow , it is 100% pure, this tallow is fit for human consumption as it is unbleached.

Seasonally Tallow varies in color , depending on fresh grass consumption. Tallow is very strong in flavor and aroma, for this reason I recommend not using for lotions.  This is great Tallow to make soap from , as long as you know what you are doing.

It is extremely effective for roasting vegetables , providing great flavor.

Dogs get energy from fat, Tallow is an excellent source, heat tallow to melting temperature and pour into ice tray molds, refrigerate and feed to your dog once set.

Ideal storage is heating/ melting, pour into jars and store in Fridge

Perfect for Pemmican, can last 10 years

I recommend freezing what you don’t use.

There are no preservatives in the tallow, it is produced from knuckle and marrow bones, not organ fat.

I recommend not using a dirty spoon or kitchen utensil to scoop the tallow as cross contamination can lead to mold

All tallow is sent frozen and packaged in a reusable bucket / container

Any organic material at bottom of bucket will be collagen that got through the sieve and has bonded together. This should be removed one heated
